Receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. We were trying to give the most information we had given to us regarding insurance and she did not want to give us any help. Rolled her eyes at us multiple times, and we didn’t even know until the end that we could have paid the initial $59 to be seen until a different receptionist told us that 15 minutes later after we had filed our paperwork and by that time we were done and finding someone else to take my boyfriend.

Over 45 minutes late, no apologies. Didn't know which procedure I was having-I had to correct them. Said I had no balance but send final notice bills to my house. Couldn't schedule me till oct.

Do NOT go to this dental company!! They are the worst!!!! Took 3 months to get in for x-rays because they had to cancel and reschedule (each time stating our schedulers messed up). They won’t schedule a cleaning until you meet for an assessment and x-rays (can’t do that in one visit, like other dentist clinics do). You then have to schedule a cleaning (if the dentist prescribes it the front staff stated), which takes another 5 months. My family and I have been going to Bright Now Dental for some time, 2019. After today, we're done. This was the first time I've been late to an appointment, 11 minutes. It's not their fault that I'm coming from 49.2 miles away.... but 11 minutes? OK, let's review... on not one, not two, but three different occasions we confirmed and drove the 49.2 miles only to be told that our appointments were canceled..... I took my daughter here because the insurance at my work changed and where we usually go she wasn’t covered anymore, the office was dingy and the staff was unprofessional. The man assigned to clean her teeth made us extremely uncomfortable and when he opened the bag to take out the X-ray equipment that would go in her mouth he was gloveless! Disgusting.
