The Lacey Wa facility is a terrible place to go don’t waste your time or money!! You are just a number they try to push as many mouths through as possible. My teeth don’t even feel clean after leaving with a so called cleaning. Always trying to up-sell you with treatments and procedures you don’t need. Office staff very snooty and unprofessional!! Bright Now Dental on Martin Way in Olympia, WA is the WORST DENTAL OFFICE around here. They told me I had to have a tooth pulled after I cracked it IN HALF down to my gum. The filling that was in it came out. I have a massive hole in the center of that tooth AND it’s cracked. I was crying in pain during this exam on Tuesday. She said she was only gonna write me a prescription for Norco until the next available appt which was fine, but it was 30 hours from then!
