Dentists are morons that misdiagnosed my husband twice. The front desk staff are very unfriendly. They don’t care if you are in SO much pain. They book you out weeks later and not provide you with any solutions other than good luck. That’s the best we can do. Horrible
This was my 3rd visit and I was very disappointed with the manner in which I was treated. I was told at my last visit 6 mos ago) I had to pay $35 up front for something my insurance would not cover. I complied. When I received my EIB, all services were paid in full. Bright Now never refunded my money. When I showed up yesterday I expected a credit on my account. There was none. I was in pain due to wisdom teeth that had not been taken care of. After signing up for the dental savings plan "One Smile" and being told by the gentlemen on the phone my initial office visit and X rays would be included in the cost of the $79.00 annual plan, I found out that was not the case. I was quoted $387.00 per tooth for a TR# 7240 using the One smile plan, I was given a quote at Bright now dental for the cost of $644.00 per tooth ( for a TR#7240 " in asterisk"! Not good experiences. The worst was being denied treatment. I was handed a two part adhesive to take home and replace a temp crown on a hurting molar my self.

they where late on my appointment and then rushed through and did not answer my questions and concerns referred me to another Doctor and still charged me 39 dollars
