The miscommunication and experience I had today regarding my dental care was too much. I left in pain, upset and posted a review on Yelp because I was so mad. I have had 2 dentists my entire life and never ever had I had such an atrocious experience. I would not recommend this office

RecommendedStarting with the front desk the two ladies were very pleasant and made you feel at home right from the start especially Joanne. She verified my insurance and answered all of my questions. Then I was taken to the actual dental area where I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady by the name of Jackie who did my x-rays. About 10 minutes after Jackie was done with my x-rays Dr Liu came and started doing my dental checkup. Which was very good. Very rude and unprofessional group. Is the worse place I ever had to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy. They tell you one thing and do another, no integrity. Leaving a very nice complaint with BBB.
