Dentist is not that friendly, male hygienist is too rough with patients and they quote you one price and then tell you that you owe more when you check out! I have good dental insurance which allows two cleanings a year yet when I go to Bright Now, I end up paying over $100 a visit. I won’t be going back to them and would never recommend them to family or friends.

they screwed over a relative who needed to cancel an appointment within 48hrs for a medical reason

I arrived for my 10am appt. got a check up but waited about 40 mins and had to leave. Very slow staff. I left without my annual cleaning. Didn’t want to spend 2+ hours at the dentist.

Sitting in reception area waiting for 86 year old mom to finish her first visit and noticed that all the incoming people filling out their paper work pens are just being reused over and over during COVID. I mention this to the woman receptionist and she says “oh yeah we sometimes sanitize them”. She then proceeds to pick up the pens and put them back in the jar unsanitized. OMG! This is a medical facility! At least dispose the pens after use in a separate jar to be cleaned each night. Spend a few bucks and buy a days wort... read more

So I have a dentist appointment TOMORROW that they called and rescheduled me due to an implant taking longer than expected. She told me she was going to get me in before they stopped taking my insurance... they just called to tell me they were canceling my appointment because they no longer take my insurance. I am PISSED!!! And Debbie is RUDE!
I am giving 2 stars because their orthodontist department is amazing . But the oral surgery is a mess the 23rd I was arriving for my oral surgery appointment they call me as I am pulling in saying they can’t view my ct even though I gave it to them two weeks prior .sat around and waited for 2hrs !!! Just to be told they had to reschedule me . They were so unprepared and unprofessional the reception didn’t even know what’s ct was !!
