RecommendedStarting with the front desk the two ladies were very pleasant and made you feel at home right from the start especially Joanne. She verified my insurance and answered all of my questions. Then I was taken to the actual dental area where I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady by the name of Jackie who did my x-rays. About 10 minutes after Jackie was done with my x-rays Dr Liu came and started doing my dental checkup. Which was very good. Very rude and unprofessional group. Is the worse place I ever had to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy. They tell you one thing and do another, no integrity. Leaving a very nice complaint with BBB.

RecommendedI went to visit the Tualatin office yesterday for my second visit. The staff is quite friendly. Any questions they will happily go over the procedures and costs if there are any until you understand it. The doctors are professional. The procedures are performed efficiently. I am very happy with my new dental office. Thank you Bright Now !

It was so bad that they said they weren’t going to bill for the visit. But I’m sure they are. My pain level was an 11 and instead of pulling my tooth that was so loose I probably could have pulled it myself they wanted to give me pain medication and come back in a few days. My blood pressure was slightly elevated because of my pain and anxiety. Two hours later at another dental office my tooth was pulled. No more pain.
