Quite frankly, I'm stunned there are recent reviews on FB concerning customer visits because the staff has canceled and rescheduled my appointments canceled twice since March and still haven't gotten in. While the check in staff was very friendly, I was shuttled in, told I needed a deep gum cleaning and I couldn't get a regular cleaning unless the much more expensive option was done. I requested my x-rays, the staff refused to give them to me, and they submitted my insurance incorrectly and still haven't corrected it. W... read more

Great office in Brandon with a very welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Doctor Alexander Marrero is the most skilled and communicative dentist I ever had. It was the first time I did not feel any pain or discomfort during the dental procedure or even hours later. This team goes above and beyond their duty. I definitely recommend this office and Dr. Alexander Marrero. 👌
They do excellent work schedule works well
I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving, and my cleaning appointment was under a half hour. The dentist was straightforward, honest, and not pushy about me getting my healthy wisdom teeth out, which is a problem I've had with dentists in the past. The staff is very friendly here as well.
