RecommendedGreat staff and Dentist does what is right for the patient. Dentist is about patient care not lining his pockets. He only does the work that is needed, not like other dentists that add fillings or other dental work to get extra money. Very trusting and he makes sure you are happy. Will definitely return along with the rest of my family!

RecommendedLike most people, I’ve never been a fan of going to the Dentist. My mind has definitely been changed after my visit. Not only was I treated respectfully but most importantly, with compassion and gentle care.

If I could give em 0 stars I would they are so bad and over charge to customer with insurance. Careful when you get treatment plans. I had crown done they change me for crown lengthening (D4249) $150, which is not need, based on my insurance licensed dental consultants after review radiographic images. Root canals; they charged me $350 for root canal obstruction (D3331) and $125 for the bicuspid root canal (D3320), NO need, based on my insurance licensed dental consultants after review radiographic images. Quite frankly, I'm stunned there are recent reviews on FB concerning customer visits because the staff has canceled and rescheduled my appointments canceled twice since March and still haven't gotten in. While the check in staff was very friendly, I was shuttled in, told I needed a deep gum cleaning and I couldn't get a regular cleaning unless the much more expensive option was done. RecommendedGreat office in Brandon with a very welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Doctor Alexander Marrero is the most skilled and communicative dentist I ever had. It was the first time I did not feel any pain or discomfort during the dental procedure or even hours later. This team goes above and beyond their duty.
