I have very pleased with this BrightStar credit union branch in Davie. They have been very professional and always provided me with the best service possible. I will continue to use them as my main banking source.
I've been coming to this branch location for over 10 years. The customer service is exceptional! I am in and out very quickly. This branch also offers a notary ( Marie ) who was very very helpful and professional !!!! Thanks So Much!
This is the best place I have ever had the pleasure of banking with. I have been a member for almost 8 years and counting. From day one I have experienced an amazing and resilient staff that doesn't even think twice about going above and beyond. Very polite, always treated with a warm welcome and a fond farewell. This is why I refuse to bank anywhere else. Keep up the amazing work.
The bill pay is lacking, they just mail the check. No 24 hr customer service. It is hard for some reason to get the debit card Expect many calls, and a month or more to receive it. Other than that, I cannot complain. I do not see greener pastures on the lawns of any other banking institutions. I have been with them for 10 years.

Super friendly and very helpful. They offer excellent low interest credit cards and loan to their members. I've had only great experiences.
This place has very friendly staff and offers a nice free checking account. The wait time is reasonable, and the place is conveniently located by I-595 and Broward College. This is a great place to do business to avoid the banking fees the big banks are now charging regularly. I highly recommend this credit union.
Profiling branch they will profile you horrible branch need to shut down never going back here again saying my passport cannot verify my identity when the co op system identified it and no issue at other branches
From the start home equity line process was a nightmare had to go into branch to find out what was going on with app and then had to do app with manager in branch again. Then they asked me to deposit twice appraisal fee second one was in cash. 4 months later they still have a freeze on my check from my other bank account and used my cash for appraisal.
