I opened a business account with them and it's has been the worst banking experience I've ever experienced. The wait time is horrendous there is no sense of urgency to help the customers. I am closing my account after 30 days of being with them, I opened my account at the Lauderhill branch and they are horrible. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.
Only good thing is free banking and low rates. If you need any kind of customer service be prepared to wait a LONG time to be seen.
So true except for 1 instance recently. So far all but one of my trips to this place were filled with annoyance and frustration at the cavalier attitude of the employees and how happy they were to NOT be helpful and to make my transaction as difficult and time consuming as possible. When I recently got the best help ever I nearly went into shock. Poor thing will probably get let go for being so nice!
Worst SERVICE! Employees are unprofessional and definitely UNHELPFUL. How is it that you are suppose to help customers but you sit and laugh and smile in a very serious situation? Bright Star Union has been the worst bank experience. especially this location.
