They have just gotten to big over the years. Office staff was not friendly. Rude actually. Our dogs have been seeing the same vet there for 10 years and today she acted like she had never met us before. Needless to say we won't be returning with our pets.
Do not take your cat to be groomed here! I took mine in for a full spa treatment. The groomer split not one but TWO of her nails and tried to tell me it happened while she was shaving her belly. I'm pretty sure she split her nails while clipping them and just tried blaming it on the cat. The groomer had told me her paws had bled but it had stopped.
