I have gone to Brightwood for about a year now with my dog. She suffers allergy’s. I went in on a Tuesday in June and they gave her three meds and wrapped her foot. This was after an initial visit with my adult daughter two weeks prior. After that appointment she mentioned they were not very nice , they did not give her the impression that they cared to much. They have just gotten to big over the years. Office staff was not friendly. Rude actually. Our dogs have been seeing the same vet there for 10 years and today she acted like she had never met us before. Needless to say we won't be returning with our pets.

Do not take your cat to be groomed here! I took mine in for a full spa treatment. The groomer split not one but TWO of her nails and tried to tell me it happened while she was shaving her belly. I'm pretty sure she split her nails while clipping them and just tried blaming it on the cat. The groomer had told me her paws had bled but it had stopped.
