Dr. Podojil, her assistant and the front desk staff were incredible. Previous experiences were very positive as well. I like that Gucci and I feel truly cared about. Felt more like a number and was not permitted to be at the appointment at the "corporate" place we took him to a few times where they squeezed him in as a drop off appointment. It was worth waiting a few days longer to come back "home" to Brightwood.
Very caring staff. Gentle with my pets. Took the time to answer all my questions in a comfortable conversation. I highly recommend them.

RecommendedChris White, Groomer is excellent. Followed her advice on my giant white fluffy dog who suffers so much in our summers and had her shave him down. He is having a great summer in his new summer cut and not suffering and at 7 years old, acting like a puppy again. Thanks Chris!

This is a wonderful, caring compassionate practice. The doctors and the staff are wonderful!
Dr. Surovi is an angel! I have a personal issue at home and she has been so compassionate and kind! I am so very thankful that she is my animals vet.
