Great experience. I feel far more informed about my dental health than I have before. Dr. Craig and his staff were thorough, fun, pleasant, and take their time. I most appreciate how they think in the long-term and is not merely a dentist visit but a visit which can save you more money later on. Also, their hygienist, Melissa, has such a pleasant and relaxed way of telling you about dental health topics I was thinking I wish she could teach me about other subjects as well because this is a great way to learn.

I saw Dr. Fitch, Cassi, and Melissa, am not sure about the last one. But they were all efficient, friendly, polite, and thorough. I also spoke with Sarah. Finally want to thank Jackie for so graciously giving me a referral for an ophthalmologist. Great place, clean, functional and aesthetic.

Camille was very upset about her dead tooth and what little attachment it has to the bone. The x-rays freaked her out. She felt reassured by the staff and well taken care of. She was disappointed in herself that sometimes the simplest question like "Do you want braces" prompted tears, but she was really nervous. She is looking forward to getting it all taken care of and back to a healthy mouth. The staff was great.
I felt the visit and exam were very thorough. Dr. Fitch explained all the details to me so that I am now able to prioritize the work needed. I was disappointed when the hygienist told me she was not able to complete my cleaning due to a lack of time. Will I be able to have my cleaning completed when I return and will there be an additional charge for that service or would that be included in the initial visit charge?
