Everyone was very friendly creating a non threatening environment. My dental hygienist explained everything about the procedure and encouraged me throughout the process. Even though I walked away with a sore mouth I knew that the staff at Broad St Smiles wanted only the best for my oral health! Thank you!

I always enjoy my visits to Broad Street Smiles. Everyone is so friendly and treats me like family. I have utmost confidence in the work they do and in the care they give to my dental health. The office has up-to-date equipment and the best staff. I never dread going to the dentist, but rather look forward to seeing Dr. Firch, Jackie, Melissa, my hygienist, and Cassie, the dental assistant. With their caring manner, they do so much to put their patients at ease. I'm so glad I found you.

The entire staff at Broad Street Smiles is friendly and professional. The hygienist, chair side assistants and Dr. Fitch really listen to the patient. They are aware of how underlying medical conditions can affect dental care, and take that into account in planning for dental procedures. They explain the planned procedures clearly, answer all my questions - and then explain again as they work through the procedures. The dental care is first class, and it's delivered with kindness and patience.
The staff is super friendly, very helpful and informative. These guys make going to the dentist a whole lot less painful.
