Camille was very upset about her dead tooth and what little attachment it has to the bone. The x-rays freaked her out. She felt reassured by the staff and well taken care of. She was disappointed in herself that sometimes the simplest question like "Do you want braces" prompted tears, but she was really nervous. She is looking forward to getting it all taken care of and back to a healthy mouth. The staff was great.
I felt the visit and exam were very thorough. Dr. Fitch explained all the details to me so that I am now able to prioritize the work needed. I was disappointed when the hygienist told me she was not able to complete my cleaning due to a lack of time. Will I be able to have my cleaning completed when I return and will there be an additional charge for that service or would that be included in the initial visit charge?

As a person a bit timid about dental care, I found the experience to be excellent !! Everyone is very friendly and takes the time to explain everything !! I found my new dentist and feel good about my care !!
Had a tooth problem while on vacation, was able to get in to see the dentist first thing in the morning. Dentist and staff are extremely nice and helpful.
