My experince was so perfect I can hardly believe it!!! Everyone is so friendly, the office is so modern, spacious and inviting!! No small chamber of horrors rooms!!! Tiz, Mel were great!! Dr Fitch is the best! I instantly liked and trusted him!! They went out of their way to make me feel okay. On second thought, I bet they treat everyone like that!! They are super!!! I will never go anywhere else!
The staff was friendly and so personable ! I don't think anyone enjoys going to the dentist but I have to say that my visit was quite enjoyable! Dr. Fitch is great! he really explains things in way thats easy to understand and he is honest! Great visit! I will refer Broad Street Smiles to my friends and family!
This is was the best dental visit I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and contentious, and most importantly I felt like I was included in every step of my care. I appreciate the thoroughness of my visit.
Dr. Fitch and his staff are professional and kind. I had a super thorough exam and x-rays as well as an easy to understand explanation of diagnosis and treatment plan. I will refer everyone I know to Broad St. Smiles.

everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. I really like the way the doctor treats his customers, he honest with me . he tries several ways to make it cheaper for me. I like when he says if I do not take care of my teeth he does not want to do the work, he says it would be a waste of money. now that is the big issue here. a ball park figure put me at $13,000.00. now how does a person pay for that? des insurance get billed? is there a payment plan? one more thing he said was there are other dentists tht are cheaper wel... read more
