The staff and the setting at Broad St. Smiles are warm and inviting. The care I received was both friendly and professionally competent. I was looking for a new dentist to establish ongoing dental care with … and I think I found him!
After a weekend of horrible tooth pain I called Broad St. Smiles to see if I could get an appointment. I was not a patient but they worked me in. I am dental phobic and they put me at ease... or as much ease I can feel having a dental procedure! Problem found and soon to be fixed. After finding a great dentist I am happy to say I am the newest patient of Broad St. Smiles.

When I was looking for a dentist for my wife, who is from Thailand, I wasn't sure who to choose. Then one day I received an invitation in the mail and accepted the offer. When we arrived for her appointment we were greeted courteously and promptly and was shown into an examination room where Dr. Fitch met us and examined my wife. Then Michele, a dental hygienist cleaned my wife's teeth (no ex-rays at this time due to being pregnant) thoroughly and gently, showing great care. All I can say is - Awesome! Dr. Fitch and his staff were wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and very much at ease. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The office is state of the art. I will recommend Dr. Fitch to all of my friends. Believe it or not, I am looking forward to my next visit.
