I phoned the office of Dr. Fitch and spoke with Dr. Torch's receptionist, Shannon, regarding the possibility of an adjustment to my dentures. She said she could get me in the same day. I was introduced to a lovely dental technician, Tiz. She was friendly, she listened, and she worked a miracle. I really enjoyed Melissa's cleaning. She did great work and was a pleasure to be with. Shannon was great too, as was another assistant while I was heading out the door.

As always, my family and I are very pleased with the dental care we have been receiving at Broad St. Smiles. Today I underwent a dental deep cleaning and had yet another excellent experience: the staff is always very friendly, punctual and professional. The procedure was performed under gently administered local anesthesia. There were no surprises: each step was well explained, including all aftercare instructions. Broad St. Smiles: worry-free compassionate and professional family dentistry!
