I phoned the office of Dr. Fitch and spoke with Dr. Fitch's receptionist, Shannon, regarding the possibility of an adjustment to my dentures. She said she could get me in the same day. I was introduced to a lovely dental technician, Tiz. She was friendly, she listened, and she worked a miracle. Her competence has made a bigger difference in the fit of my dentures than I thought possible. Wow. They FIT. I am impressed indeed. Fine people. I'm going back. THANK YOU, TIZ. Thank you all. Jon

I really enjoyed Melissa's cleaning. She did great work and was a pleasure to be with. Shannon was great too, as was another assistant while I was heading out the door.
Yet another fantastic experience (as "fantastic" as getting a crown can be!) with Dr. Fitch and his staff. Other medical professionals/offices should aspire to Broad St Smiles' consistent level of professionalism, courteousness and respect.

As always, my family and I are very pleased with the dental care we have been receiving at Broad St. Smiles. Today I underwent a dental deep cleaning and had yet another excellent experience: the staff is always very friendly, punctual and professional. The procedure was performed under gently administered local anesthesia. There were no surprises: each step was well explained, including all aftercare instructions.
