I first wen the the Brooklyn Diner some years ago. It was a work in process. On Wed night, when there, I was impressed at the improvements in menu, service and selection. It was an excellent meal and very good welcome and service
Great service, more professional and courteous than your average diner-type joint in the City, justifying a somewhat higher-than-average price. Our waiter even sounded like he was from Brooklyn, super friendly and fast. Modern pleasant decor, sleek design, comfy booths. We ordered pancakes, which had a touch of lemon in the batter. Excellent service and wonderful food.
Great burger and awesome red velvet cake!
went before our concert at Carnegie Hall; waited 22 mn even though we had a reservation which was quite annoying. The food was fine, a leetle pricey for what it was, but the fact they had prosecco & wine was good.
Good choice when going to Carnegie Hall or City Center. Friendly and fast service. A bit noisy. Prices are high but the food is very good. I know this is a tired refrain for so many restaurants but I would prefer a smaller portion at a somewhat lower price, doesn't even have to be half.
