Gulf Dunes 404 is our favorite place!! The staff was so great to us and even called while we were on our way down to let us know our condo was ready. Beach chairs were set up every morning, so we just had to bring down our things and pick a spot. We will definitely be back!
Just checked in again. I believe this the 4th time in the past 5 years we've booked through Brooks & Shorey. Always the best property and the people who stand behind the counter. You can not go wrong with them
Been using Brooks and Shorey for about 10yrs now. Never a problem and Gulfside is our favorite Lil hideaway.
The last two years we have stayed at gulf dunes, both times everything has been great, we plan to keep staying with Brooks and Shorey everytime we come to Fort Walton Beach.
They are Great we always use them when we go to Ft. Walton, Fl
