This was our 2nd stay @ Gulf Dunes and we were extremely happy with this unit as well as the one last year! We will definitely come back here!!! I like that it is not as busy as it is in Destin but close enough to do everything in Destin. The management being onsite is helpful for recommendations and any issues that come up as well! Definitely coming back here again!

We’ve rented in the same condo for four years and a row now and have always been very happy. They are wonderful to work with and they have the most reasonable prices for the condos we want!

We loved our stay at Surf Dwellers Room 402. The condo was very large, the balcony was the length of the whole balcony the rooms were very spacious and everything you needed was there in the kitchen. The only negative thing was the master bedroom shower head. The water pressure coming out of the shower head was so soft that it was nearly impossible to get the sand and shampoo out of my grand daughter’s and my hair, much less try to wash my private parts. The condo was clean, but a bit smaller than most 3 bdrms I've stayed in (yet still same or more in pricing) same goes for the outside patio seating area; there is no way all guests could comfortably hang out there, which is one of our favorite things to do aside from the beach. Speaking of the beach... we managed to come in high seaweed time apparently! The one day it was gone, it was absolutely breath-taking. Beaches were not super crowded and that was a huge plus. The chair service fellas were top knotch and accommodating.... read more
