Stayed in Gulf Dunes #306, loved it, perfect size for my wife, myself and kids. Very Clean, beautiful balcony view. Pool was good for the kids with 4 1/2 ft being the deepest part. Beachside chair setup was very nice. Several amenities in the condo for use such as dishes, dish towels, extra sheets, ect even though we didnt need them since we ate out everyday. Location is excellent, right off the main drag and about 15 minutes from Destin. Will definitely stay again.

I love booking with Brooks and Shorey. It’s very easy and convenient. I also appreciate the discount we receive for being return customers. Will definitely use them again..... We stayed at Pelican Isle 309 this year....the weather and water were absolutely amazing, although we weren’t impressed with our condo. We’ve stayed in multiple condos in PI over the years.... this one was a bit disappointing. The pull out sofa was ancient by the looks of it.... there was not enough storage space.... the coffee pot was from the 80’... read more

Second year and second place rented through Brooks and Shorey. Stayed at the Azure this year, condo was very nice and large and the view was amazing, hated to leave. One suggestion is to include some plastic glasses...kids and glass don’t mix. The condo was clean and overall comfortable but the beds and pillows left a lot to be desired. Brooks and Shorey Resorts were wonderful to plan our family vaca with. I loved the activity pass. They were prompt to answer any questions I had. We stayed an Pelican Isle. Condo was super clean, stocked with plenty of towels, enough paper towels and toilet paper that I didn’t have to use any that I took. The beachside chair service is wonderful!! It was nice not having to haul chairs back and forth. I will definitely use them to book vaca again!

Our stay at the Islander on Ft Walton beach was amazing! The condo was perfect and exactly what the pictures showed. The beds were comfortable and the condo decor was very relaxing. I have absolutely nothing to complain about!! We will definitely book this again next time!

We just stayed at the Islander in Ft Walton Beach and loved everything about it. Condo was ready earlier than expected and the staff on the phone was always kind and helpful! The condo was exceptionally clean and the beach/water was perfect! We will be coming back!
