Brooks and Shorey were great to work with. We booked multiple Condos for a family vacation. Everyone was kind and helpful. We booked through them in 2018 and in 2021. I will contact them the next time we go back to Ft Walton Beach.

We just got back home from another AMAZING vacation staying at Gulf Dunes. This is our second stay with Brooks & Shorey Resorts. I would highly recommend Brooks & Shorey Resorts to anyone & we tell all our friends & family to definitely get a hold of them if they are traveling to Fort Walton. The location is wonderful & the condo was very nice!! My husband, our 4 boys & I stayed for a week & definitely could have stayed longer!! We LOVE it there!! Thanks for another fantastic vacation!!!

We stayed in #105 and the unit was very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. We would have liked to have been able to get in before 4 but, felt it was worth the wait

We can't wait to get there and we're always sad to leave! Brooks and Shorey has it figured out what people want when they're on vacation...efficient checkin/out, clean and spacious homes, and the best beaches in the US. The units we've stayed at have the beach chair service and that is such a benefit! Marianne always helps us and she is truly the best! Gulf Dunes is where we always stay.

Here are a few of the pictures we took while we were staying at Island Princess which we got through Brooks and Shorey Resorts! First time dealing them, but don’t plan on it being the last time! They are very helpful and courteous answered all my questions,also liked that they were very friendly! Everyone that we came in contact was willing to help us with anything we needed would recommend Brooks and Shorey Resorts for your beach needs
