2nd time booking Pelican Isle condo through Brooks and Shorey. Great service loved the APP and the auto check in. They did exactly as promised calling with our code saving us time and getting us to into the condo quickly. This is our 2nd time at Pelican Isle and we loved the condos both times. Wonderfully decorated everything we need to make our week enjoyable. We will be back!

Fantastic location and views. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. It was nice to have umbrella and chair service included. I think the only thing I would suggest is for them to update the furniture. The couch was broke down for sure. I wasn’t there to spend much time on it but I would still like comfortable furniture. With that said we will be back for sure. This condo won’t disappoint !!

We rent with Brooks and Shorey every year and are pleased with all of the condos
The condo was clean, nicely decorated, well resourced, especially in the kitchen area. It even included some games, floatations and other small, but nice extras. It was spacious for our family of six. The pool area also was cleaned and well maintained. Great experience!

Easy check in and check out process - ton of free stuff with stay! Condo was clean and had everything we needed! The sandbox library was a big PLUS for my 4 year old! Side note- we stayed at the Pelican Isle in unit 401- we were blown away by the 2 maintenance guys who worked there! Super friendly and helpful and they were meticulously cleaning every time we saw them! The building and grounds wete very well taken care of!
