RecommendedI've stayed in Brooks and Shorey Resorts several times, and had a trip planned for spring break in April to stay at Pelican Isle. Due to Covid-19, and me being immuno-suppressed, to our disappointment, I knew I had to cancel. I had the travel insurance, which I feel was useless since they wouldn't do anything. But Barbara, at Brooks and Shorey, was very professional, and kind, and refunded my money promptly. RecommendedWe had to cancel our trip due to the COVID 19 pandemic and Brooks and Shorey did the right thing and returned our deposit. We will use them for sure if we ever get to the Fort Walton Beach area again (and I am betting we will). Thank you for your co-operation.

RecommendedUnfortunately due to the Covid 19 viral epidemic we were forced to cancel our. planned stay in mid_April. Fortunately due to the help and concern of "Barbara" in the reservation center, this matter was handled with great care and professionalism. We are hopeful we'll be able to reschedule our visit sometime in the coming months to the very nice Gulf Coast Condo property. it

RecommendedMy husband and I have stayed with Brooks and Shorey Resorts many times since 2013. Unfortunately we just had to cancel our trip for the end of April. Thank you to service rep Liz who made this less painful. We have never been disappointed with our condo. See you next spring and in these times of uncertainty STAY HEALTHY !
