Griffin, Current Resident One of the reasons I moved into this complex was because of Community Life and it has become one of the reasons I love living here. The community is awesome and so friendly.
Instantly Welcome I attended my first Community Life event just after moving in, and I couldn't be happier. I could not have felt more welcome, and instantly had new friends. Brookside is not like an apartment complex, it is a community. Community Life makes that happen.
3 Happy Years I love living at Brookside! The landscaping is gorgeous, the property is well-maintained, and the neighborhood is quiet. The community life team is very active...from monthly movie nights, free pizza dinners, even passing out chick fil a to residents on their way to work -- I must say that I have enjoyed the time that I've lived here (over 3 years).
Truly, Living made easy! Could not be happier! From the grounds to the building to the location, everything is great! The staff goes above and beyond! I feel I get every cents worth of my money with my apartment! I work a stressful job and at the end of the day, when I pull into the property, it's all melts away! I feel as though I have truly come home!!
Brookside Apartment Homes At Brookside, residents are welcomed home to a peaceful retreat consisting of trees and a nearby creek, as well as a walking path where rabbits and birds, as well as friendly neighbors, sometimes greet you. Its newly painted exteriors are quite refreshing. Brookside Apartments We have lived here for almost two years and we love our apartment.
East end beauty I have been living here for about 6 months and it is absolutely above and beyond what I pay for. The pool area is inviting and relaxing, the office staff are wonderful, and my apartment is payed out perfectly so that even though the square footage isn't great the space is plenty for me and my fiancé. They're very pet friendly, and I plan on staying here for a long time!
Brookside Apartment Homes, Lousiville Ky So far I have loved living at Brookside. Our property manager is super sweet and truly cares about the residents. Our matinence requests are filled lightening fast, they also do a great job of keeping the property updated & appealing. Our community is very safe due to the constant evening police protection offered by our complex. This community has so many amenities at a very reasonable price!
Terrible company to rent from Terrible staff. Subpar apartments. Our apartment was not move in ready when we showed up. The maintenance person is a horrible person who is known for intentionally neglecting residents of color. The fact that he's still there after multiple complaints by tenants lets you know how terrible of a company this is.
