Works well on all functions and is user friendly This is my third Brother MFC-7360n all in one machine. It is reliable , easy to set up and to use in all functions. Print quality is excellent. The toner cartridges can be user refilled and reset. I find that the machine will not hold the date and time when it is turned off ---not unplugged, but just turned off. This is easily reset, but is inconvenient when wanting to date a document , such as a fax report. A good buy . A quality product. I would but it again.
Unbelievably Easy Maybe back in the day the idea of a networked printer running windows was absurd. The ideas of the technical support calls and the ensuing nightmare was enough for a person to 'make due' with the old dot matrix. Works great, scans in color, user friendly I love this scanner/printer. I don't use it for a fax since I scan to efax, but it seems like faxing with it would be a piece of cake as well. Scans in color or B/W and the software is very user friendly with easy to use panel allowing you to customize the scan to save anywhere you want, to a choice of file types, and save in a variety of sizes, as well as scanning straight to email or PC fax(do those still exist?). It's everything I need in a printer It looks good. It works good. It's easy to set up and use. For anyone needing a basic black and white printer/copier/fax, this fits the bill. The price was right, too. I've used it now for about a month, and I am very happy with it.
Good product So far it does what it is suppose to do. Though it is somewhat loud when printing pages. Otherwise no problem.

GREAT WITH WINDOWS 7 After reading a few reviews that stated that this printer was not compatible with Windows 7, I was hesitant to buy this printer. I hooked everything up. Does NOT interface well with Mac 10.8 Lovely machine. Fast, takes up little space, and is great for a home office. Problem? It does NOT work well with Mac OS X 10.8. CD that comes with the product simply does not install anything because the operating software is not supported. You can go online and download all the drivers, but what a pain. 3 hours later, I can print just fine, but cannot scan via network or USB. All I get is "check connection."
