Great Printer, Terrible Toaster This thing is a great printer. However the toast doesn't get very toasted, and the butter is starting to cause paper jams.
Terrific printer at a terrific price. I've got about 8 of these in production now. Great printer, like every other Brother printer I've ever had. Whenever I need a product, if Brother makes something, that's what I go for.
Lives up to its expectations. We use it in a small office as a personal scanner/printer printing about 30 to 50 pages and scanning about a dozen documents per day. It has been in service for six months and working great. I believe this is a very good value.
WORKS AS PROMISED The setup was easy, and works as promised. A great printer for someone who does not need a color unit.
A very good multi-function printer/copier. The price was right, the setup (except for the FAX) was easy, the print function works great and the print quality is great. Not as noisy as I had expected (from reading other reviews). Still have not figured out how to get the FAX to work. The time from turn on to first print copy is very reasonable; just a few seconds. I would definitely recommend this item.
Packs quite the punch I love all the features that this printer provides. Does everything I need and does it well. Multi-page scanner is excellent. Copies are always crisp and quick. Warm-up time is significantly less than I have experienced with other machines of various brands. I have had good luck using it with both my Windows and Mac system.
Fast, crisp text printing. Setup easy enough... Wife is back at school and needed her own printer. Went with a laser jet as the various inkjet based multi-function (Epson, HP, now Lexmark) tend to get clogged print heads if you do not print often and/or home network/firewall issues. Wife reports it prints fast and has had no problems staying connected to it from her laptop via wireless. Another satisfied customer(Dad's is THE IT dept.)
very good multi function printer except I really like this printer and wanted to keep it but the description only said duplex printing not auto duplex printing so I had to return it. I wanted to keep it for the other functions and the design is much better than the HP i finally purchased. The paper handling is so nice on the Brother compared to the HP. But Auto duplex printing was more important as the printer is not situated close to work station.
