Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

It took them forever to get food out to our table after we ordered.
The only reason why I gave the service 3 stars is that they only had 2 servers working. The place was fairly busy given COVID restrictions. Service is usually excellent. Our server was very professional and courteous, he just had too many tables to service.
First time being there but won't be the last. The food was absolutely amazing! We got the jalapeno mac & cheese and it was so delectable. There was a great selection of local beers as well.
