Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Salmon burger was really good. The appetizer Mac and cheese needed work, it was too runny and was more of a soup.
Outstanding food, worth the longer wait! I'd go back alone for the Onion Rings!
Bru board never lets us down. The onion rings are amazing.
The burgers and food were awesome, our waitress however did a terrible job. I try to be understanding but she took forever taking our order, forgot things we asked for, did not check on us. The only time she came back was to take the check.
