Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Excellent food and ambiance as always. We will definitely be back!
Service was definitely struggling. Super slow, bar menu was inadequate, only had a few wines on the list and were out of at least one. Inattentive server, even saw a table get up and leave after waiting forever for drinks. Covid or not, the service wasn’t acceptable. The kitchen was on point though. Food was amazing, so it somewhat made dealing with crappy service ok.
