Very loud. Server was not overly attentive. 3 of the 4 people at our table were unhappy with their orders. The best thing we ate was the cheese sauce for our pretzel appetizer. Will not be returning.
Really like the burgers here overall & that they offer gluten free menu/buns, but I feel like every other time I go I get a well done burger even though I ALWAYS ask for medium rare. Also they need to stop with the music. It's a pretty tragic 90s playlist.
The food was spectacular, I had a small burger and salad. We got there early enough that the foods came out quickly. Thankfully we were early because once they started getting busy the service declined quickly, the checks came out right behind the food and no one came to follow up on us and we never got refills on or drinks. Our visit was just over 30 min.
Dined at Bru Burger prior to taking my family to see School of Rock at the Aronoff Center. We were greeted and seated by a friendly hostess immediately upon arrival. We place an order for the pretzel appetizer followed by a chopped salad and four burgers with our waitress Jordan. After receiving our pretzel, we did not see Jordan for quite some time. I had called on Sunday 2/25 to change my reservations for 3/2from 4 to 6 and the person I spoke with told me she would take care of that. Reservations were for 6:15. She did not do that. Had to sit at a little round table sqeezing 6 people around the table. We come there before our ARRONNOFF series shows and normally have a good experience. But the lack of follow through by one of your employees was disappointing. We will be back on 3/23 and would appreciate some compensation. Thanks. My name is Cindi Bedinghaus
It was ok. I just got a salad. I don’t recommend the brownie sundae. Brownies weren’t edible. It was a little loud.
Mediocre, tasteless, over cooked burgers. Service was slow and inattentive and the restaurant was not busy. We will not return. Too many other good options in Cincinnati for burgers.
