Waiter forgot to put in order for 40 minutes. We had to leave without eating. Beer was good but he didn’t check back for us to order more.
Service sucked food sucked .... server kept trying to upcharge our tab and didnt prebus and pushy as hell
Food was greasy and bland. waiter was inattentive but shared he was simply mellow. Wont be back
Great, quick meal after an Aranoff show. Bit disappointed in the service. Asked twice for a glass of merlot and am still waiting....
All three of us who had burgers were sick for 24 hrs afterwards! Do not eat there
Service was excellent! This was our second time dining there. The first time we thought the burgers were great. This time, not so much. My friend ordered the Memohis pulled pork sandwich. She said it was so tough she couldn’t eat it and sent it back. She ordered a burger, cooked medium, and it was almost raw. Our waiter, Timothy, agreed it was definitely not medium and took it back. Food was excellent and delivered very quickly once the waitress put in our order. BUT, the time it took her to even approach our table and then to get our check at the end of the meal was absolutely ridiculous! I had to go to the host stand to point out our server hadn't even been to greet us since we were seated over 10 minutes ago! Getting the check was just about the same. This was all after I had indicated we were going to see a play at the Aranoff! Sorry to say the service was so horrible we will likely not be back.
We were a little bit disappointed with Bru this visit. The burger was a little overcooked, some of the fries were burned, the size and quality of the fries were poor, and the service was not great. We know that restaurants are often struggle on Sundays. Maybe Bru should not open on Sunday since there is a quality drop off.
I requested a table in the back but was given a table on the patio. There was bird poop on our table and birds flying in to grab food. We will not be going back.
