Reservations made through Open Table & received not only the confirmation but the 'reminder' to let the restaurant know we would be there, which I did. Arrived 5 minutes early but they couldn't find my reservation & thought perhaps I had made it at another of their locations, which I had not. At 11:30AM on a Tuesday, they weren't busy so we were seated right away. The reason I use Open Table is for the points so it concerned me that they couldn't find my reservation.
