The service was very slow. Our drinks took forever to arrive and when they did the server unfortunately dropped the tray and two drinks needed to be remade. Dinner took a long time too despite the restaurant not being very crowded.
Primary adjective…..wet. Cole slaw on a sandwich shouldn’t soak the bun. The sauce on the chicken tacos shouldn’t make the tortilla chips soggy. The dressing on the salad shouldn’t make the lettuce limp. Notice a theme?
My wife, our toddler and I arrived just before 5:30pm on Sunday. We were seated and we put in our orders immediately because we needed to get our toddler fed and we were all very hungry. After 35 minutes , had to ask the server for more waters and ask on the status of the food. She said she would check on it but that a party of 30 had placed their order just before us. We had reservations at 515. Asked if we could sit where we could see the TVs but were told we could not despite there being multiple open tables and were sat behind the hostess desk. When we left 50 min later, there were still several open tables within view of the TVs. We also usually get the burger snack which is a perfect size. But it is now half the size of the bun. We have enjoyed bru since they opened, but unfortunately their quality and service is taking a hit. Our server was great.
We didn’t get waited on for 15 minutes and that was only because I asked told someone. There was no one assigned to that table. They told us we would get a free appetizer and they charged us for it.

It took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our table and they discontinued our favorite burger-stilton blue chees- that we have been getting for years. The food we got was good.

Had the monthly burger special. It was very greasy. I don't think they season the meat, just slop on a bunch of toppings. Fries were good-crispy. Husband ordered salad and it was good.
