service is great, food outstanding. people were letting their children run around in the enclosed patio and jump on the furniture beside us; someone on the other side of the wall talked on their speaker phone for our entire meal. i yhink the wait staff should intervene. our food cost just yhe same as others who were disturbing my meal. if i can order an old fashioned and a beer, yhe i shouldn’t have to eat around these kinds of disturbances.

Two meals came out incorrectly and had to be remade. No one from management came to the table to check up after 2 meals were sent back. The waiter did not check the table to see if anyone wanted more water or beverages.

I asked for my burger to be medium well and it was rare. I had to send it back. I didn’t even have them give me another one because it took so long for him to come back and get my original burger. Everyone would’ve been done by the time they would’ve done it.

The main problem (my opinion) is access to the restaurant. There has to be a way to open a door access from the inside lobby or garage. It is not only confusing coming from the garage. But not handicap accessible. Going from inside to outside and then inside is not a way to start off your evening. The restaurant is first class in all respects. Poor access does not make it inviting. Horrible experience. Will never visit again. Service, food, environment everything.
Everything was great except the area where we sat was very hot. We asked for air to be turned down. Helped for a little while but was too hot to enjoy drink and food.
Love the burgers and fries. The onion rings were too overcooked and the batter was too chewy !
