This was our 4th visit in about a year. 1st was great, 2nd visit was great except my burger was undercooked, 3rd visit my 2 year old got sick that evening maybe 4 hrs after eating the Mac and cheese and no one else ever got sick so pretty sure it was food poisoning. Wait staff was good. Front of house people were short and the gentlemen didn’t smile.
The service was great! However the food was undercooked and the bund were not sufficient for the burgers- they fell apart. You need better buns. I felt bad as it was special occasion and my friends paid. I will not be returning anytime soon.
Bru burger was a favorite of ours until tonight. My husband and I get a salad and salmon every visit. Our friend also selected this. The salmon was cold and so dried out I could not eat it. Actually the three that ordered salmon felt the same. The manager came over and agreed they don’t fix salmon well. She even agreed that we are regulars at the restaurant. They lost us.
Noise level high.. disruptive of conversation. Food and service great.

The decor is cool and the food and okay, but the service was beyond poor. We never heard from our server until after our food came out (it was incorrect) we had to order drinks from the food runner. A manager asked us about drinks after noticing our empty glasses. Our server brought the drinks, but never acknowledged his absence or the mistake with our order. our burgers were very good but our service was lacking. Took way too long to retrieve requested ketchup for fries.....to deliver fries lacking from one of the orders, and overall, it just appeared the young fellow (evan) who waited on us was very unsure of himself, slow, and not well trained. Might suggest you get one of your more experienced servers shadow him to coach and encourage his best performance.
Food was amazing as usual. Restaurant was very slow on business, maybe 15 tables total and our food during a business lunch of 6 took over an hour. Our server was very slow and took 20 minutes just to bring 2 of our guests a water. Coming from someone with 15 years in the food service industry.
