Waitress attempted to take plates multiple times while very obviously still eating. Brought check when not even halfway done with entrees. Then started asking if payment was there yet because she “couldn’t tell”? Funny, it is VERY obvious when it is there since the credit card slot ensures that it is visible. Truly the most ridiculous service experience I have ever encountered. I tipped half of what I normally would as a result ... and felt that 100% of that was above what she had earned.
Server seemed overwhelmed. He handed us our bill when we wanted another round of cocktails while he completely forgot the drink order for the table next to us.
Bru is usually a good experience. Tonight it was just the opposite. Poor service and poor food quality. The appetizer arrived with the entre. The order was not accurate. The fries were not hot and limp and had to be reordered not once but twice and the third time they were still not hot and limp. Additionally there was a cluster of six fries stuck together. Inexperienced servers and lack of attention to detail. The server also was extremely slow with the drink order. Not the norm for Bru and definitely a bad night.
Requested bar seating on reservation but did not get it. Disappointing!
I was not impressed!! Food was well- food— nothing special. Service was ok. Absolutely packed in like sardines, no privacy, no ambiance what so ever. And it was dirty. Will NOT be back,,, nothing gave me the reason to come back. Too many other options!! Good luck....
Too noisy, waited too long for poor food. Food looked pretty but was greasy & coleslaw had no dressing. Parking is almost non-existent.
