The burger buns seem stale this time
Our food was just below average! Onion rings were a big glob of batter and cold! They took them off our bill. Burgers were just ok. Compared to other places we go to in Plainfield, they are are least favorite. I doubt we ever go back! Especially for the price. Even the real fries looked like we got the bottom of the basket and were not hot! Too bad. Nice place but food not impressive at all!
We visit Bru Burger a couple of times a month, and while the service used to be very good, the past few times (and especially last night) was very lacking. We were ignored by our server, ran out of drinks twice and were not given silverware. We weren’t checked on. Hopefully the service will return to the way it has been in the past, because we very much enjoy the food.
Average food for an above average price. 3 sandwiches and fries plus, one soft drink and one margarita was $54 plus tip so $64. Average $21/meal. Pretty pricey for burgers and fries…
