Service was very slow, my chicken wings were ridiculously dried out. Barely able to w Eat them. Very disappointed tonight
Been here several times and normally the food and service is good. This time the burger was cold, fries cold and service was spotty at best. We will give it another shot at a latter date but definitely not up to the standards of Cunningham restaurants.
We made a reservation for dinner for 5:45 and we were excited when they could seat us at 5:30! We got seated and had our drinks quickly but then waited 20 minutes before our server came back and took our order- chicken nachos and a plain cheeseburger. After waiting another 45 min for our food, we finally asked about it and it came out 10 min later with the nachos being pork and not chicken. There was stains on the cups they used to serve our drinks. My aunty complained that the alcohol was bland. Their burgers is good if you know what to order. Their eggs was tasteless. Overall I would rate the restaurant as fair.
We rarely get time to go out to eat so we were excited when someone was able to watch our baby and toddler so we could go to one of our favorite places. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t the greatest. They sat us next to a table full of teenagers (no adults) apparently they had been there for at least an hour before we arrived. Burger was cold and cheese on the burger was not even melted. Think this location has gone down hill since my last visit
It was ok. Not my favorite Cunningham restaurant. I realize we now have to ask for everything but servers should be more attentive and aware of those items that used to be on the table. Noticed now too since you have to have a new glass instead of refills of tea etc. they don’t ask if you want a refill any longer. I get it but we shouldn’t have to be the ones asking for everything. Server also forgot our appetizer order. We’ve been tipping extra due to Covid but not for this kind of service.
Had a reservation for 5 to celebrate a birthday and requested outdoor seating because of an immunocompromised family member. No guarantee of a outdoor seating so we arrived 15 mins early and were told that the restaurant only had 1 table that could accommodate us and that it was occupied.
