Bruce has gone out of his way many times to make sure everything was done on time. Weather it was coming to my house to sign papers or meeting me where I was at to sign papers. Bruce is both knowledgeable and personable. He presented us with all our available refinancing options without pressuring us as to which one to choose. He kept us informed by video message -- even recording the messages well after business hours if that was when he got new information. I highly recommend him to others and will gladly work with him again should the need arise.

We have worked with Bruce a couple of times over the years to refinance our home. Bruce has always exceeded our expectations! He has always gone above and beyond to make all the details work out and with me being self employed there have been a lot of details to get worked out! He did great! I loved the video updates. Just when I was getting ready to reach out to him for an update he would beat me to it and update us first. He was and is a straight shooter. I felt that he was being upfront about any possible delays but in the end there weren't any and we closed on time. Friendly professional and a great communicator. I look forward to working with him again!
