We really enjoyed working with Bruce when we refinanced our home in September. We had just purchased our place in April, but had a bad experience with another lender as they didn't listen to us and couldn't even remember our names. Bruce gave me a call during that time to walk me through the lending situation and made me feel a lot better even though I wasn't a client of his yet. We had an idea of what we wanted, but wanted to know our limits if we maybe found a house worth going over budget on! Bruce totally understood and helped us figure out exactly how much we could afford. He even helped us figure out costs with HOA and other monthly expenses!!! He met us and was so patient with us AND our young boys; meeting us where it was convenient for us. He rocks!!! We totally recommend Bruce everytime!!!
