First time home buying is overwhelming, but Bruce made it a great experience. He answered all of a questions and explained everything in great detail. We were looking for 8 months and submitted many offers, he provided pre-approvals for all of them. Many were very time sensitive and he was always on it. Ready whenever we needed him. He was able to close a loan in 21 days if needed, we did not need to, but it was nice to know it was an option to be more competitive in the crazy market. This was an absolutely terrible experience with a very unprofessional group of people. I was given excellent videos and promises that made this seem like an easy choice for a mortgage company. However my loan agent was not aware of new regulations in regards to student loans that were passed two months prior. This almost caused our loan to fall through at the last minute.
