Purchased a new 2011 Tundra Limited 4x4 a week ago. The deal was negotiated on-line for the most part, including the trade-in value of my 07 Tundra Limited 4x4. I was very pleased with the deal including some extras they threw in along with a superb financing rate through Toyota Motor Credit. Poor Communication and Zero Support for a Working Customer Extremely disappointed with the service department at Atkinson Toyota. My Highlander was held for a week due to a misdiagnosis of an AWD malfunction that should have been caught on the first visit. MY CAR WAS TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP THERE BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF TOWN. THE CAR HAD THE SAME LIGHT ON THE DASH BEFORE AND AFTER REPAIRS. THEY CHANGE THE ECU ( OVER $2000.00 ) DID NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE

I have been a long-standing customer of this dealership for many years, including the period prior to Purdy Group USA’s acquisition of Atkinson Toyota. Unfortunately, the quality of customer service within the service department has declined significantly. On December 29, 2025, I had my 2024 Toyota Crown serviced at this location. Extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant management, with zero customer service skills. I would highly encourage prospective customer to look elsewhere.

My check engine light came on right after service. My brakes were not properly evaluated.

The service was extremely slow. The problem was they did not just tell me that it would take longer when they were already behind. Additionally tried to sell me additional services that would take even longer when they couldn’t even handle an annual maintenance service. It took them 4 hours.
