BCS Toyota took care of my daughter's car. The service department was fantastic. Heather, in the service department, communicated with us every step of the way as we were in Houston while my daughter was in CS. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The car was fixed as promised and my daughter had no problems picking up her car after it was fixed. It gives me peace of mind knowing that BCS Toyota is in town in case we need them again.
