Service time takes way too long. Initially told me the entire afternoon was open. Took close to 3 hours

We walked in with full intent to only test drive a vehicle and drove away with our dream car!! Gian made the process smooth and pressure-free. He was thorough and even drove to my home (2.5 hours away) to pick up my trade in. Highly recommend BCS Toyota!

I was at the dealership around 6:30 PM on Saturday. I was out around 7:30 PM in one hour I was out of dealership Everything went very smoothly. Great customer service. Finance manager explained me everything about the package and I really appreciate it. Thank you.

I believe the Multipoint Inspection of my 2011 Avalon provides a good overall assessment of my vehical. I depend on Russell to advice me on the service that needs immediate attention, and the service that can be postponed for a few months.

Awesome Used Car Dealer. Brianna Perez worked with my granddaughter and myself to get her into a car she could afford. One happy new Aggie Grad vehicle owner! I would assume this dealer would be just as awesome with a new car sales.

Nothing wrong with Heather. I requested only an oil change and air to the spare tire as I just had a tire rotation done. She wrote down the correct information. The technician performed a tire rotation. The vehicle had to go back in for the tires to be placed back in their original positions when brought in.
