Purchased and drove down from Dallas. Great price and timing. Appreciated Patrick working to get exactly what we wanted in the minivan. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 is that receptionist was not very friendly in each of our multiple calls, there was no warm welcome when we came in, we missed coffee exactly by 1 minute after a long and early drive (no empathy when asked for the last pour).

Service was Excellent. Ron evaluated the headlight covers and and said the refurbish of my headlight covers was needed. I authorized the refurbishment and I am very pleased with the results. Ron has been my service representative for over seven years and has always provided excellent advice on all my 5 and 10 thousand mile checkups. My 2015 Highlander has only been serviced by a Toyota dealer.
