I've been going to Budget Brakes Hixson location for many years and I've never had a bad experience. They do it right the first time and if there's a problem afterwards, they fix it.

Service & pricing were acceptable. However; scheduling an appointment online is aggravating. Once I was able to save and schedule my appointment; I arrive at the store... and no appointment in the birdeye scheduling. Please address this; as I was not happy to drive forty miles, to be told "I'm not showing an appointment in your name, sir." All of this, after receiving and responding to several texts, verifying my appointment through birdeye.
