The customer service was well beyond expected and the staff was super friendly. The manager even went out of his way to make sure my car was fixed and driveable the same day so he stayed about 45 minutes after close to get me back on the road. I cannot thank the guys at budget brakes enough and I will definitely be a returning customer!!!

I don't think I'd come back to this budget brakes. The guys were super nice when we brought the car into the shop. After the inspection though they called me and started giving me a list of what was wrong with it. I don't know what half the things he told me were for or why it mattered. He gave me 2 quotes of around $450 and $277. Well that seemed high to me so I told him my fiancé would give...
