Tyler was great to work with. I appreciate his honesty with me about my car. I ended up not needing the part that had been ordered for me. He was 100 % honest about it and as a single female I really appreciated it. I never can trust if a mechanic is being honest but I trust Tyler and will return for work I. the future. The service desk guy was very nice. They messed my rotar up but did replace it, I was happy about that. I would highly suggest (even though it is a brake shop) to clean the waiting room and especially the bathroom up (gross). I would also highly suggest putting protective seat covering on vehicles before mechanics get in and out of customers vehicles.
